Historic Classroom at Harvard University
To mark 125 years of Swami Vivekananda's historic address at the World's Parliament of Religions in Chicago, a special Classroom on Religion and Spirituality was organised at Harvard University on November 15, 2018. Dexterity Global's Founder and CEO Sharad Sagar and Swami Nikhileswarananda, a senior monk of the Ramakrishna Order—the order of monks founded by Swami Vivekananda—delivered a special classroom for students, scholars and faculty of Harvard. The classroom took place in Sever Hall—the same hall where Swami Vivekananda delivered a lecture in 1894.
A Classroom Straight from NASA Headquarters
In a rare and historic moment, NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. got linked to a Dexterity Classroom in Patna, India. On May 24, 2015, Ms. Mamta Patel Nagaraja, a senior NASA Scientist and Project Head of Women@NASA program, conducted a special classroom for school and college students in Patna, India. Joining straight from NASA Headquarters, she took questions on space science, leadership at NASA and building a career in STEM.
When a Deputy Chief Minister's Residence turned into a Dexterity Classroom
On June 12, 2018, the Deputy Chief Minister of the state of Bihar hosted a special Dexterity Classroom at his official residence. This historic classroom helped set a culture of senior politicians and policymakers inviting young people to state houses, introducing them to day-to-day governance and engaging them in conversations around governance and policymaking. 51 students from all across India were welcomed as special guests of the Chief Minister who delivered a lecture and took questions on Education, Policymaking, Service and Leadership.
Serving till the Last Village
